Jim and Kellie McClung Bio

Jim McClung is the proud owner of Jimmy’s a subsidiary of McClung Enterprises LLC. Jim has many
passions and one of which is his love for smoking BBQ. It all began back in 1978 watching his father and
uncle smoke meat over an open pit. It was then he started learning the family secrets. Typically, at the
family cookouts the men smoked the meat and the women prepared the side dishes, along with the
family secret BBQ sauce recipe.

Over the years Jim continued to fan the flame of his passion for cooking by selling smoked meat at
church fundraisers. For over 12 years, Jim has served his amazing smoked BBQ for weddings, graduation
parties, rehearsal dinners, private parties, and corporate events. Our mission is to provide high quality
BBQ with affordable prices. His clients love his product and trust his service and dedication to his trade.


Jim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and received Culinary Arts Education from Ivy
Tech. Jim brings his love for people and his passion for BBQ perfection to every opportunity to serve his
clients. He’s most noted for having the best smoked brisket around and his BBQ sauce is a client
favorite. Clients tell Jim they put his BBQ sauce on everything from BBQ to spaghetti…it’s just that good.


Kellie McClung is Jim’s other half. They’ve been married for 23 years and have two sons and a
granddaughter. Kellie is the administrative arm of McClung Enterprises LLC but also supports Jim as his
Sous Chef for non-profit and private catered events. Kellie also prepares most of the side dishes on
Jimmy’s menu and many rave about her Broccoli Salad.

Together Jim and Kellie bring a professionalism and personalized touch to all they serve and they have a
